Having too many ideas is its own kind of stuck. For a creative brain, knowing what to prioritise, and finding the energy to act on it, is another matter. The pressure to get everything right, all at once, can quietly bring progress to a standstill. Brand Practise is built around the idea that consistent, regular practice — small steps, done steadily — is what actually moves things forward.

We work with you to focus on what matters most for your brand right now, building momentum without overwhelm. And just as your creative work is never truly finished — always evolving, always growing — neither is your brand. Financial stability and the headspace to keep developing what you love are what we're working towards together, one step at a time.

Kaysha Sinclair is a graphic designer with 20 years of experience working across fashion, beauty, tech and travel — from start-ups and small businesses to agencies, global corporations and national retailers including Harvey Nichols, M&S and Nike. The experience left her with a holistic marketing skillset that she now brings to small creative businesses.

While she has always loved designing, the corporate world started to take its toll, and in 2016 Kaysha began looking for more meaningful work — training as a volunteer mentor for The Prince's Trust, where she mentored young people planning to start creative businesses as part of the Enterprise programme. In 2020 she co-founded Commuknitty — starting during lockdown when she joined forces with a group of professional knitwear designers to auction one-of-a-kind sweaters and raise money for the Emergency Designer Network. From there, it grew into a registered social enterprise and mentoring programme, supporting the next generation of fashion talent.

Juggling Commuknitty alongside her freelance career became overwhelming — never knowing whether to focus on social media, funding and revenue, new ideas, day to day admin or finding her next freelance job. It's an experience that sits at the heart of Brand Practise, and why she understands, without question, what her clients are going through. Brand Practise is where everything she has learnt, and everything she knows creative people are capable of, finally found a purpose.
